Travel...

So last weekend I spent a few days in Amsterdam with the lovely Mr B. We enjoyed exploring the city together, despite the numerous amounts of bicyles trying to run us down. We visited the Rijksmuseum and saw the famous Waterloo and The Night Watch. I'm not an arts expert so it was probably wasted on me but it was good to tick them off my list. We also explored the other side of Amsterdam and visited the Red Light District and even saw a sex show. I'm sure it is designed more for entertainment purposes then to be taken seriously.

This week has been my first proper week back in London in my new apartment. Despite two car loads of personal belongings being unloaded, it still feels a little bare. I have a feeling it may take a while before it fees like home but I'll get there eventually. Anyway, from now on I will be in London most weeks Monday-Thursday. I have however changed my minimum duration to 1.5 hours as most of my clients prefer a longer date, as do I. I may honour shorter dates to repeat clinet but this will need to be discussed beforehand.

It's been quite a busy year for travelling and it's not over yet. As I've probably mentioned before, I am going to Barcelona next weekend for a few days and then to Amman the following week for a few days so my availabilty is somewhat limited until the end of October. I would love to have the time to visit Petra whilst in Amman, but unfortunately time is not on my side. I will however, be sure to return in the not too distant future. At least I can get a bit of sunshine and warmth this month. As you know, I'm not a fan of the cold, so any chance of some warmer weather and I'm there!

I also begin my second module studying Psychology this weekend, which I am really looking forward to. The last module was sociology based whereas Psychology is where my interest lies. Wish me luck!

Anyway, I'd better start cooking my roast chicken so until next time...
